Time to Take Some Profits

We have decided to sell Crombie REIT (TSX: CRR-U; OTC: CROMF) after the strong price performance over the past few weeks. The company has a good portfolio of properties, but the complete absence of growth makes it a less attractive proposition despite the distribution yield of over 6%.

Another sale from the Dividend Champions Portfolio is Canadian Utilities Ltd. (TSX: CU, OTC: CDUAF). The stock has performed well over the past few weeks to such an extent that the price is 15% above our fair value and with a dividend yield that has dropped to 3.4%.
