Buy Cray
The supercomputer company Cray (NASD: CRAY) got super trashed in May when it lowered near term earnings due to a component shortage. Those components, powerful new chips designed by Intel and Nvidia, are now available and should put Cray’s shipments back on track. Cray’s supercomputers are increasingly being used by commercial customers to analyze the tsunami of data landing on their servers. Earnings growth should resume to 20% with these new components in hand. Target: $40.

Good Evening Linda;
New subscriber, just joined yesterday, Monday.
Thank you for the Cray tip, and when you put out a target of $40, is that within the next 12 months?
Regards
Richard
Linda McDonough
Hi Richard,
Welcome aboard! Yes all of my targets are for a 12 month period. My hope when recommending a stock is that the target is raised over time as estimates increase. You will get an alert if a price target is changed.
Best,
Linda

Welcome aboard, I saw this headline on CRAY this AM, Cray started at overweight with $41 stock price target at Pacific Crest. Just made a decent but modest short term profit on DOOR. in just 2 days.
Get Okayed fer Options. Linda gave us a short time put option on a shoe distributor worked out well, and quickly too.

Good Morning Jon;
Changed my handle from Richard to Rich L, just in case another Richard showed up.
Thank you for the welcome greeting and the update on Cray.
I have not pulled the trigger on Cray yet, as I am watching the way it behaves and trades first.
It had gone down maybe a $1 since Linda recommended it, but is recovering.
I do like the story on Cray, and might eventually take a position.
Regards
Richard
