Sell Mueller Water (NYSE: MWA)

Despite big picture trends that should support increased investment in water infrastructure products, Mueller has not seen a significant pick up in sales.

Recent budget troubles for many municipalities make it increasingly unlikely the bull story on Mueller will pan out.

The stock is down 14% since my April 2017 recommendation. I hate taking a loss but believe we have better investment ideas brewing.
