TRADE RATIONALE
We have an annualized gain in excess of 100% in DHI, and its close enough to our target price of $33 to pull the trigger now. I don’t see enough upside potential left in the near term to justify exposing that gain to the possibility of a sudden price drop if the housing sector takes a hit, so we’re cashing it in.

Closed my position on Tuesday, Jim,

Until I get comfortable with this style of trading, have been doing tiny positions. Spent -$258 on January 18 when we entered the trade. Closed half the calls and all of my puts a week later for +$186. Rolled the remaining call to MAY 31 on February 15 for another +$73. Then received $228 when closing on Tuesday. Total return, after commissions, was +$487. Not at 100% return, but close enough for me.
