How to explain the divergence between ENB and EEQ? What to do if you´re still owning EEQ? Extend the suffering and hope for a comeback or give up and sell?
Robert Rapier
I think investors are still nervous about EEQ’s dividend. But at this point, and with oil prices looking pretty firm, I would be inclined to hang on. All of midstream is still lagging behind the oil rally, but that situation can’t persist. As long as oil holds onto its gains, midstream is going to follow. I have been shocked at the amount of divergence between oil producers and midstream companies over the past three months.
